Course Overview
From time to time your baby may have a temperature or suffer from tummy troubles. This course aims not only to give you the confidence to recognise the most common symptoms but also guides you through some useful practical steps. Essential advice on when you need to access medical help and what to do in an emergency

Award winning author and educator, Dr Carly is also a mother of 3. In over 30 years of paediatric medicine practice Dr Carly has helped thousands of children and their parents in her career and is committed to helping parents through what is arguably the hardest of journeys – the parenting journey.
What you will learn
During the course we will cover how to identify symptoms as well as useful practical guides including how to take your baby’s temperature, new born health screening and delivering basic life support should the need arise.

Gain a better understanding of the most common medical conditions that affect babies in their first year. Helps you recognise when to and when not to worry. Covering everything from breathing and fever to basic life support.
